Order Notification

Seller will get mail notification in every order of his/her product. He/she would get a no-reply message from NepaliOnlinePasal.com website system instantly after an order.

How to check order listing?

The order page displays the order list details. This page shows order number, order total, order status, customer details, order date and order action. You can view order details by clicking view (eye button) where you can manage order status and cancel order from order action.

You can filter the orders by Date. Besides that, you can also export the order list.

How to check order status?

The seller can view and process order status from the order listing. He/she can complete the order by clicking the view button from the action.

How to update status of order?

Select the order from the order listing whose status requires updating. You will see the order status button under the general details box. Click on edit button, you will get the dropdown box with the option to select then click update as below:

How to add order notes?

The seller can add a note to an order and set the note as customer note or private note. To add a note, click on the view button and go to the order note section. You will find an add note box to add any note at the bottom of the page. You will have to click the drop down box to select customer note or private note.

When the seller adds a note for the customer then the customer will get an email notification for every note added. And for the private note, the seller only gets the email notification.

General Details

Click on the order as circle below to view the general details about the customer’s order:

In this section, you will be able to view the order status, order date, earning from that specific order, customer id, email address, telephone number and customer IP.

Shipment Tracking

You can track the shipment of the product you are selling. Navigate to your Seller Dashboard, click on orders then select the order you want to add shipment tracking. At the bottom of the order summary, you will find a button titled ‘Tracking Number’.Click on the tracking number button, you will get three boxes to provide details such as shipping provider name or URL, tracking number and date shipped. After adding this information, click on the Add Tracking Details button as below:

The order details will be updated, and a new order note will be added containing the tracking details.
