‘Saal’ incense sticks come in pack of about 28 incense. ‘Saal Dhoop’ or incense is used in various religious activities in both Hindu and Buddhist tradition. This can also be used while meditating for mental tension relaxation.
This ‘Saal Dhoop’ is produced using all natural ingredients in Nepal and provides you with aromatic scent. It is also believed that Saal incense helps with relief of mental tension. Saal incense has traditionally been used by both Hindu’s and Buddhist in performance of Puja ( worship of god and goddess.).
Use: Light the tip of the incense stick with a lighter or match. Once the incense has been ignited, gently extinguish the flame by blowing it out. A soft glow can be seen and smoke will begin to emanate as the incense stick burns. Place lit incense in a nonflammable burner or incense tray and never leave burning incense unattended.
